Yizhi (Louis) Liu
I am a fifth-year doctoral candidate in Management Information Systems at the University of Maryland, College Park. I will join the Department of Management Information Systems at the Fox School of Business, Temple University as an Assistant Professor starting in Fall 2026.
My research examines how decision-making evolves in digital environments, with a particular focus on how artificial intelligence (AI) systems measure, influence, and participate in human judgment. I study these questions using computational methods, field experiments, and AI-generated environments across domains such as healthcare, social media, and financial technology.
Prior to pursuing my Ph.D., I spent two years working in the financial industry.
