Yizhi (Louis) Liu
I will join the Fox School of Business at Temple University as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2026. My research focuses on algorithmic interventions in human judgment, studying how advanced computational systems, particularly AI, actively participate in and influence the judgment process itself.
Methodologically, I use deep learning, field experiments, AI-generated environments, or the combinations of them, to investigate these questions across critical domains such as healthcare, social media, and financial technology. Prior to academia, I worked in the financial industry for several years.
